According to Storm's canon backstory in the comics, Ororo Munroe is part Kenyan, and I wanted to incorportate some of that heritage into her gear in this piece. Though they never specified what Kenyan tribe she was affiliated with, I decided to add some garb from the Massai that they are known for wearing, as they are fierce warriors and loving people, just like Storm.
